When will I receive my order?
It depends on the shipping company or delivery agent chosen.
We work with several delivery partners across major cities, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days after the order is placed and confirmed.
Is international delivery available?
Currently, our partnered shipping companies deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the Shipping Page, where all available delivery zones are displayed.
However, you can request international delivery by contacting our store team via WhatsApp to receive information about product weight, pricing, and international shipping options (not yet registered on the store).
What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to the Refund & Exchange Policy for detailed return conditions.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and a return is approved, the customer covers the return and reshipping costs, while the product cost itself is not charged according to our refund policy.
Can I order in bulk? Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Our store offers delivery for bulk orders.
We also provide discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on certain products.
